After 3 terrible experiences with trying to build a home we accidentally met Haroon. He listened to what we wanted, went over and above from choosing a house plan, to putting us on to a broker, going through the copious amounts of paper work which he made simple to guiding us through the build and being the middle man. We highly recommend Haroon.. he’s the man you need to know! He has our best interests at heart and has never tried to push anything on us. He has learned so many wise tips through his own experiences not just hear say. We will be buying our first investment hopefully soon and it will be with Haroons help.

My wife and I were waiting for a home & land package to begin construction in another estate when we were notified by the developer they were delaying the civil works for 6 months meaning we actually had a 9 month delay. Frustrated I stated to look around at other options in the area and called into the Arc Estate office were I was meet by a very welcoming Haroon. After a long conversation and a follow up conversation with the boss (wife) the next day we put a deposit down on a slice of land over 100 msq larger than the other site we were going to build on. Haroon also helped us with a great Builder that will be building a larger home at a far cheaper price with more options and inclusions. To say we are happy with everything Haroon has done for us with our first home would be an understatement – Haroon saved us over $65,000 from one build contract to another – we have a larger section and a better home for our family. Haroon is very honest and genuine always happy to have a catch up and he has made the process extremely smooth and stress free.
